Jody and her staff will assist you in selecting your color palette and will advise you on any designer upgrades you may be considering. Their expertise is provided at no additional cost to you, so rely on them as much as you wish.
$5000 “Upgrade On Us” Credit
Our customers who choose to build an Oakwood Series home will receive a $5000 credit toward upgrades. This offer is not valid on homes which are already under construction at time of contract.
Military Discount
We value those who serve! Active Duty Military receive an additional $500 credit at closing.
Guaranteed Buyout Program
For buyers with homes to sell in Pueblo County, we offer a Guaranteed Buyout Program. This program allows you to continue to market your home during the construction period, so you will have the opportunity to get full market value. If it does not sell by the time your new home is complete, our team will purchase it at a discount. This provides you with peace of mind, knowing your move need not be delayed.
Move-In Package
We can include our “Move-In Package” in the total cost of your home. This package is a great add-on for buyers wanting to finance all their new homes expenses into one monthly payment. It includes window coverings, washer/dryer, landscaping, and fencing. Cost varies based on the size of the yard and the number & size of windows being covered.
