Mark Kleven, Owner and Director of Oakwood Construction, and Team Gary Miller, of RE/MAX Real Estate, are to be commended for a flawless performance in the marketing, design and construction of new homes. Our experience with Mark Kleven and Oakwood Construction has been outstanding. From the moment we meet RE/MAX Central’s highly respected broker an downer, Gary Miller, to inquire about   a lot, we have been treated with the utmost respect and attention to every detail of building a new home with Oakwood.

Each step of the process was meticulously planned and coordinated so that each decision reflected our exact wishes. Mark Kleven was involved in each phase of the process. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change or modification, Mark patiently explained the process, the cost, the result. No question was every silly and he always took the time to speak personally with us. His framers, roofers, dry-wallers, plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, cement installers, tiles and flooring installers, stuccoes and duel levels of foremen, Don and Andy, demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and were willing to answer any questions we had.

 Mark’s and Gary’s licensed assistant, Vicki Cardy, did a magnificent job of coordinating updates and costs and all related issues. Mark’s contractors, Jodi with Attig Interiors (tile and carpet), Brenda with Bright Ideas (interior and exterior lighting), Mark with Nationwide (window coverings) and Jose with Gonzalez landscaping, provided valuable expertise with saved hours of time making decisions. Their recommendations were classy and economical and each was available for consultation during each step of the process.

We thoroughly enjoyed building a new home with Oakwood Construction. This was our first experience building a new home and we will, without a doubt, return to Mark Kleven, Oakwood Construction, and Gary Miller, Re/MAX Central, for our future homebuilding needs.
