Our 2011 Parade Home is a great example of what we do for a Customer. This Home started as a pre-sold from the beginning. We help the owner find where they wanted to live, negotiate for the lot and choose a plan. Then we modify the existing floor plan to suit their individual tastes and needs. Where you see that most is in the kitchen and dark natural stained trim.  The exquisite kitchen is built along a curved wall with a large expanse of windows creating a beautiful look as well as providing a wonderful amount of light inside.  The dark stained trim is a very natural accent.  Finally, we were not afraid to paint some accent walls that really help define the space of the home.  This home is a MUST SEE on the Parade of Homes tour!
