From there, Mark can start showing what popular modifications were made in the past, what walls can be moved, where rooms can be added, and how to make those special features you want fit into the flow of your new living space.
Also, with such a history of building and satisfied customers, Mark has created a program with past customers where, for a nominal fee, he can usually show you a house that is based on the specific plan you have been modifiying. Much better than a Model, you get to see how the house is actually lived in and a testimonial all in one shot.
