Oakwood Construction Company is a family business boasting over 30 years of service in Southern Colorado.
Owner Mark Kleven, a third-generation home builder, obtained his degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 1995. Of course before that, he was sweeping out houses and swinging hammers to fund way too many adventures through high school and college. While in college, he met his wife, and got serious about construction. He founded a successful framing company in Fort Collins, Colorado. So successful in fact, that Dad invited him to join the family business in Pueblo.
Mark uses his personal knowledge of building, combined with the book smarts to make it efficient and affordable. Building a quality home that the homeowner will be proud of is of utmost importance to him.
